Diverse Landscape from the Trail

This gallery highlights a series of the best shots taken in August 2021 on the Via degli Dei, one of the most beautiful multi-day hiking routes in the whole of Italy. The trail starts from Bologna and cuts for 120 km through the Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, ending up in Florence.

The aim of this gallery is to showcase the wide variety of landscapes that the region has to offer. This selection of pictures will take you from the many rolling hills, passing through lush green forests and the sunflower fields of San Piero a Sieve to end up in the magnificent and eternal Florence.

Overall the varied range of landscapes was photographed by keeping the frame clean and simple, framing the subject in the center, and capturing vibrant colors.
